Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Jewellery items may be exchanged within seven (7) days from the date of receipt for online delivery orders
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and proof of purchase must be included
  • All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval

Selanya Jewellers reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the above conditions are not fully met, where legally permitted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

These exclusions apply unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within the eligible exchange period
  2. Provide your order reference and reason for exchange
  3. Return the item following the instructions provided by our team

Exchanges are processed through Selanya Jewellers’ authorized channels. Availability of physical exchange locations may vary by region.

Returns & Refunds

  • Cash refunds are not offered
  • Where applicable and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, at the discretion of Selanya Jewellers
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence and your order reference

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in line with this policy.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, in accordance with international shipping standards.

International Orders

For international purchases, exchanges and returns are subject to local regulations, customs procedures, and currency exchange policies. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
