Warranty Coverage

Selanya Jewellers provides a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects related to craftsmanship
  • Structural issues arising under normal and intended use

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage, impact, or improper handling
  • Natural wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by chemicals, moisture, or extreme conditions
  • Scratches, dents, or discoloration due to normal use
  • Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by unauthorized third parties

Any such circumstances may void the warranty.

Warranty Claims Process

  3. Return the item for inspection, following the instructions provided

Assessment & Resolution
