Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt for online orders
  • The jewellery must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, documentation, and proof of purchase must be included
  • All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval

Selanya Jewellers reserves the right to decline a refund if these conditions are not fully met, where permitted by law.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

These exclusions apply unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Method

  • Cash refunds are not provided
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at the sole discretion of Selanya Jewellers
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence and your order reference

Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in line with this policy.

Shipping & Handling Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, in accordance with international shipping standards.

International Orders

For international purchases, refunds are subject to local regulations, customs requirements, and currency exchange policies. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
